Web site changes

Further updates to the web site to improve the way the trip data is stored and displayed. The data is now held in a database and displayed as needed this helps to maintain the data and makes changes and updates much easier then editing the web content which was needed with the previous solution.

For logged on users there is also new daily and fuel logs which may get moved to the public area when the data is loaded and checked.

I have also changed the main page layout to move all of the navigation out of the left column to increase the page width for the main content.
