Week1 Droitwich to Birmingham via Kidderminster and Wolverhampton.
From Droitwich to Worcester (via the Worcs and Birmingham) for a days sightseeing, then on to the Severn heading upstream to Stourport. From Stourport joining the Staffs and Worcs via Kidderminster and Bratch to the bottom of the Wolverhampton flight at Autherley Jnc. Up the Wolverhampton flight and along the BCN to the Black Country Museum at Tipton.
Week 2 After a stop over at the Black Country Museum either through the Dudley tunnel under electric power (assuming Chelonian can fit) or back to the BCN main line and round via Netherton tunnel and Dudley no 2 canal to Black Delph. Then via Stourbridge canals to the Staffs and Worcs via Kidderminster to Stourport. Back on to the River Severn and downstream to Worcester. Back to Droitwich via either Droitwich Canal or the Worcs and Birmingham.
The timings are based on an average 5hrs a day but obviously this will vary a bit day by day. Locks on the River Severn are manned so these sections should be relatively relaxing, assuming the river is reasonably calm. I plan to have enough time to spend a little time in some of the larger towns to explore, including Worcester, Kidderminster and of course the Black Country Museum and Dudley tunnel(s) in Tipton.
